Chapter membership is open to one person per industry.  Only the member’s core business can be promoted to the group. In case of overlapping categories, we ask members to respect each other and not confuse members with mixed messages.  E.g Accountant and bookkeeper both offer book keeping services but if in a chapter together then the Accountant would stick to talking about accounting topics and the bookkeeper to book keeping topics.

A company may hold membership in more than one chapter provided that a different person represents them in each chapter.

Members are encouraged to bring guests and to send a substitute in the event they are unable to attend a chapter meeting.

Membership fees are non-refundable.  Application fees will be refunded if a membership application is not accepted.

Annual membership renewal is subject to participation and value adding to group.  This will be decided the Director managing the group.

Members may transfer to another chapter however they must first resign from their current chapter before applying to be accepted at the new chapter. A membership application fee will not be charged in cases of transfer.

There are no leaves of absence except for medical conditions in which case up to 90 days medical leave may be granted by the Director.
